Delivery and Returns

Enjoy free New Zealand shipping on orders over $150. Orders under $150, and outlet orders have a flat rate of $10 shipping.

Please expect a local delivery time of 2-4 working days from receiving your dispatch email. All purchases made on the weekend or public holidays will be sent out the next working day.

Rural addresses may take longer. We do not deliver to PO Boxes.

All deliveries are contactless and will not require a signature upon delivery. Please advise us where to leave your parcel to ensure that it is safe.

All deliveries are sent via Courier Post, and your tracking number will be sent to you via confirmation email once the goods have been dispatched. Use this at any time to see your parcel's progress.

All New Zealand Outlet orders have a flat rate of $10 shipping.

All Outlet orders are dispatched from our Outlet store at 46 Barrys Point Road, Auckland.

International shipping is $50 NZD, and is sent via NZ Post.

In the case that your international order is oversized, we may contact you to arrange further shipping costs.

All prices on the Working Style website are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and are inclusive of GST. Import duties are NOT included in the product price or shipping cost.

We offer a free click and collect service at our main retail stores (not available at outlet). If your items are in stock at your chosen store, your order can be ready to collect within a few hours of placing your order. If your items aren't in stock at your chosen store, please allow up to 48 hours for us to ship your items to that store for you to collect.

We will contact you via email when your goods are ready to collect in store.

Working Style has a no quibbles return policy, we want to make it easy for you to swap a size or to purchase and take something home to show a friend. However, please take the time to familiarise yourself with all of the conditions in the sections below before purchasing.

• Items must be returned within 21 days of purchase.
• Items must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed.
• Items must have all tags and packaging still intact.
• Footwear must still include the shoe box in its original condition.

Refunds will be credited against your original method of payment, eg. to the credit card you used to make the purchase.

All outlet items are FINAL SALE, and are not eligible for an exchange, credit or refund unless they are deemed faulty.

You can return your online purchase by dropping it to us in store, or by posting it back to us.

To post your item back to us, simply fill out the returns form and attach your free return label included to the outside of your parcel and book a pick up by Courier Post here.

Under the Consumer Guarantees Act you are entitled to have your faulty products repaired, replaced or refunded.

If you suspect your item has been damaged during delivery please do not throw away the packaging in which the item came in as Courier Post will need to inspect it. Please contact us on 09 302 0532 and we will organise the return of the product for inspection and will endeavour to send you a replacement as soon as possible.
